They truly understand what it means to be happy and "live your love". There are flexible working opportunities. - Supportive and fun team members to work with. Really hires the best lot.

- Some systems are still new/in process so it is a slow start to get it developed and set in stone. Just causes a few bottlenecks with projects, but no big deal when there is clear communication. - Not really many cons.

I love the flexibility of being contracted to AE and how they respect the other things I do outside of the company. It's great that you are still included in things like the morning huddles and conversations about what the company can do to improve. I am praised for my efforts which is nice. While its not a big driver for me, I know for others it can mean A LOT!'

Im currently serving in a maternity leave role, so I am not sure of my future with AE after that. Which I knew when I started so having to face that I may be leaving in 6 months, is sad.
