The questions went beyond the surface—they challenged me to think critically and demonstrate my expertise. At the same time, it was very much a two-way dialogue. The conversation was easy flowing, and the responses I received were open, honest, and insightful. I walked away not only feeling well understood but also knowing I had found the right team to join.
