-Continuous growth and implementation of feedback! -Focus on the client, they always come first! -BCBAs are amazingly supportive! -I can go on and on, working here has literally changed my life path. I had a goal to go into elementary education, but literally a few weeks into working here I changed my plans and want to become a BCBA! They are also paying for my Master's Degree in ABA when I get to that stage and I feel so supported in my work/school/life balance!
