Without profit centers, budgets and measurements that are objective good people are subjected below par recognition and rewards. A very small middle-aged professional class at A-O. If you are not tapped for an officer level position their is little other path to career fulfillment and a professional level of compensation. Especially tough on people who move to Lansing and only later discover both their economic status and career options are both in deep peril.
