It is a warm environment with friendly people, fair pay, it is rather family-like for a big company. Personable, approachable senior leadership. Annual reviews are coupled with a raise for most people. Hard to get fired-it's okay to be average... (also a con)

Top-down management culture, micromanagers are born and raised here. Lack of decision making and independent thought. Ideas die everyday because they are taken up the chain by someone else, usually by a "yes-man" who cares more about having the right answer than getting behind you. If you don't have a title you have no voice. They move ineffective managers to lame duck positions, fail to hold people accountable for results, slow to fire. Good-intentioned upper management suffers from inbreeding, they don't know what they don't know.
