Promotions are non-existent, unless you have a certain designation(s), and making sure your numbers nearly double the company average. The ‘time in’ you have with the company does not matter when moving departments, as far as promotions and perks. Management puts more pressure on the associates that over perform to make up for the associates who under perform/slack off, creating a toxic work environment and ultimately makes us less profitable, productive, and efficient. Instead of correcting or addressing these KNOWN issues, Auto-Owners just circles around it.
