I have been working for AutoUncle for around 7 years at this time and except for the amount of colleagues I've gotten, not much have changed in the way that we/ I work. From day one I have been given responsibility for important tasks for the company and has been given the freedom to decide how I want to work, but have also found that if I needed help or guidance I could get it from my manager or even top management. Many also think that the Most human part is just something that is said and not something that is put to use, but it actually is! There is much focus on how we work best as individuals, how to work most efficiently within our limits and have a healthy worklife/ homelife balance. Socially we are very close as colleagues. In my team we often plan events, just because we really like to spent time together. Also on a company level there is planned both physical and virtual events with social activities.
