Management hires Industry experts to train employees in Emotional Quotient, Agile and Technical Skills 6. Management is transparent. Concerns are addressed immediately 7. Freedom of speech and expression 8. Each and every department manger is strong and has a positive outlook. They are also very good and great human beings
