Fear of job, company can relieve any employee anytime. Forget about work-life balance after joining this company. Very poor project management, product quality and very tight schedule. Less QA activities as compared to Product's capability and its value (management should give more time to QA). Developers are asked do some QA works. Higher management still working unprofessionally, they need everything in a day. Not good facilities and leave policy. If you join this company then you need to work on weekends and holidays continuously and need to forget about comp-off for that. there is NO such policies for comp-off. Few old employees.
