Thank you for the review. I'm sorry that we don't hit the mark for you. I do think we've changed a lot this year and that we may be addressing some of your concerns. Please share as much information as you're comfortable sharing via our internal survey tool to give us specific advice about the ways in which you experience a lack of work-life balance, bad politics, and lack of procedure so that we can make more targeted improvements.
