HR team is not so proactive Do not have more food options in the canteen. Seniors will do chit chat but won't help to do things done.

Thank you for your review. We'd love to know how the HR team can be more proactive -- can you send a note to your regional HR leaders asking for their help with the issues you perceive? Use a throwaway anonymous email if you prefer -- we just need to make sure we've heard your feedback and have had an opportunity to address it. With regards to the canteen menu, we've logged this item in our issue tracker and will ask the India team to take a look.
