System proliferation is indeed a frequently mentioned pain point, and we expect to make lots of progress on this in the coming year. We've already sunset many systems that were competing for and fracturing time (Bamboo, Trax, Officevibe, Slack, Skype, Ringcentral to name just a few) and expect to continue to consolidate our IT environment going forward.
