The list of disadvantages is long: The targets are clearly unattainable by a long way, knowing that these targets are communicated late anyway and that the rules of the commissioning plan are communicated even later (but applied from the first day without your knowledge). The commissions are systematically erroneous to the employee's disadvantage and incalculable and unverifiable except after hours of checking and numerous telephone calls to management. The sales management in UK is not there to help you, but simply to ask you for your commitments in order to fill in their nice excel sheet, and to ask you where you stand several times a day and every day. Numerous daily directives, meetings following each other and not leaving you time to eat, nor sometimes to have dinner. In short, if you want to be burned out and feel discredited and lose all favourable opinion of yourself, join Automation Anywhere. Don't make the same mistake I did, never join this company.
