The president is, to put it simply, an odd duck. He has an engineering background but still possess a genuine concern for his staff and their environment. Don't see that much at all anymore. He has figured out the magic formula that if you take care of your people, they will do good work. The work is technical, structured (CSIA), and challenging. Opportunity is there for those who seek it out. Overall, a very successful and open environment with a lot of focus on the individual.
