      Vantaggi

      Work Life balance is good, except for when the overtime is needed for a project. Onboarding was good, they emphasized asking questions and I felt like I could ask questions without getting weird "Why don't you know that already?" types of looks/responses I've gotten at past internships at other places.

      Overtime happens frequently in a way that feels as though the planning process is designed to make overtime required.
