The whole business set up. They are very good at training you to what they believe and when you follow their instruction and things don't work out even after you have followed what they have told you, they then lie to you to suit themselves.

Automotive Logistics (AML) acknowledges the comments made and would thank this ex-employee for highlighting the extensive and quality training provided to all drivers. AML do not lie to drivers - due to customer pressures, road conditions and other external factors routes and movements do not always go to plan and sometimes driver days have to be changed around. AML will always endeavour to make sure the disruption to drivers is kept to a minimum, however customer needs must come first. Traditional Trade Plating is not for everyone.
