The focus on ease of use, visual user experience, powerful integrations and well thought out features makes it unique compared to other marketing automation software out there. Autopilot is quickly on its way to becoming "the next big thing." -Growing very fast which means every single person on the team matters and has a huge opportunity to make an impact. Excellent chance for those early in their careers to work on a broad range of projects and help shape a rapidly growing startup. -Unlike many startups, the company knows what direction they are going and are transparent about it. Leadership is very results-oriented and sets clear goals, such that everyone knows their priorities and what they should be working on at any given time. After coming from the opposite spectrum, this is a breath of fresh air. -Fun, passionate and high energy team and leadership. The people are brilliant, yet humble - I learn something new every day. It's the kind of company that makes you want to do a good job and give 110%. The org. structure is flat so there is a chance to work closely with upper management on a daily basis. -Excellent perks.
