Avail has offered me so many opportunities to grow and develop professionally, they have allowed me to feel confident while still challenging me daily. Within Avail, I have grown a team and have been put in a people-management role for the first time. I truly feel very passionate about the product, customer, and team. I am lucky to come to work each day at Avail.

As a startup, we move fast and continually iterate on the product - things are always changing. We are extremely scrappy and expert problem solvers. This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. This is a career and if you aren't willing to put in the hard work and hours, this is not a good fit for you.

Health insurance was alright, and Payments team did not have to work bank holidays.

Poor leadership and communication, direct management took credit for ideas and expected team to come up with revenue ideas although that was not required of the department, layoffs happened after leadership bragged how much money was being made and how successful the acquisition was.
