It was very fun to be a part of the mission of Avail and I believe they will continue to be a top player in the investment property management space. Avail is very open to to trying new things and open to ideas from all employees. They are willing to implement things quickly and are very data driven.

Small office space but looking to expand. Avail is still a startup and still has a startup mindset. Do not expect to work 40 hours a week.
