Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your many years with Availity. We truly appreciate the contributions you made during your time here. We’re glad you valued the flexibility and benefits, and we also hear your concerns about workload, expectations, and career growth. In some technical roles, there are times when nights and weekends are required, particularly during certain projects or critical periods. That said, we know how important it is that these demands are manageable and balanced over time, and we continue to focus on creating a more consistent day-to-day experience for our teams. We also recognize the importance of clear growth opportunities and ensuring expectations align with roles. Feedback like yours plays an important role in helping us identify where we need to improve. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and wish you all the best moving forward.

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
