Despite the challenges of working during the Covid-19 pandemic, Availity has continued to grow, and our call center has remained busy. We appreciate that job can get somewhat repetitive depending on the circumstances, but know that the work you are doing is having a positive impact on our healthcare provider community and making a real difference.
Your comment regarding more time to work on cases is timely. The Client Services Management team recently enacted a process to do exactly that. So be on the lookout for those communications and reach out to your Supervisor if you have questions.
