Each week, our CEO provides updates, and in many of them, he encourages associates to take the time to care for themselves physically and mentally. This summer, he also led the organization in a Chase your Goals challenge, where associates committed to working on or achieving a personal health or growth goal. We host virtual chair yoga for associates, and we hold lunch-and-learns that focus on topics from life stressors to cancer prevention to financial wellness. Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) all associates have access to free counseling sessions, and then there’s our robust Paid Time Off program. Availity is a fast-paced organization, particularly customer service.
