We are so glad you are enjoying many of the wonderful things we have at Availity—great teams, our focus on wellness and work-life balance, and remote work! Our uncapped Availatime policy encourages associates to take time off to relax and recharge as needed, which is why we don’t require associates to accrue paid time off before they can take time off. With that said, we are a busy organization working to impact healthcare positively, so we still have to get our work done. It is balance.
