Thanks to the efforts of our outstanding Client Services Team, Availity is known in the industry for our customer service excellence. Availity Client Services Associates are well-trained and highly skilled at helping clients and users tackle some challenges they may encounter within our systems. Sometimes, we experience higher-than-average call volumes for various reasons, but we work hard to coordinate as an organization to mitigate this when/where we can.
This position can make each customer feel important regardless of the issue. We are a technology company and will encounter challenges along the way. However, how we respond is critical to our success in providing our clients with what they need at that moment. The metrics and service goals we have in place provide us with the data we need to scale and grow the team while delivering a consistent user experience.
