This company is incredibly employee focused. They provide pretty good pay, benefits, and the current employees are open and accepting of everyone who joins. They hire internally a lot. The pathway to progress throughout the company is open and available to anyone who puts in the work. The team leads are awesome and work with you to further your career. They provide invaluable help when it comes to preparations for interviews, learning new skills and presenting yourself through your work. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone that is looking for an entry level position to apply for this company.

Some of the work that you do is repetitive and boring. You'll also be on non-stop calls for your entire shift. Like any call center job, you'll also experience some nasty callers, but the pros far outweigh the cons.

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
