We value our associates tremendously, so we strive to provide the proper training and resources to help them succeed.
Most jobs have some level of repetition, but it’s essential to consider the big picture and reflect on all aspects of a job. At Availity, you are part of an organization that is actively improving the nation’s healthcare system. Our customers call us when something isn’t working for them. And when technology doesn’t work as expected, it’s frustrating. We’ve all been there. However, most customers are so grateful for our assistance and end their calls delighted with our service.
We appreciate your feedback about the call center wait times. Wait times are something we monitor very closely and are constantly working to improve through e-ticketing, product improvements, user training, client communications, and more. Indeed, some instances are busier than usual, so we appreciate the dedication and professionalism of our client services team.
