We have fully embraced our remote culture and all the perks that come along with it. While nearly all associates are remote, Availity is headquartered in Jacksonville and still has a sizeable local workforce. This does require some creativity to keep the teams connected. Some of our best practices include: virtual events and activities, Town Halls, and All Associate Meetings, and having our cameras on during meetings. If you have other ideas that might make you and associates outside the Jacksonville office feel more engaged, please share them with your manager or HR Business Partner.
