You really want to know what’s going on, get all level feedback - including I2’s without retaliation, not the confidential bs that is given back to the managers. Yes, everything is shared back with the managers.
Check on the Talent Acq team, HR Ops and Total Rewards. There is great talent on those teams that you will lose if you don’t act quickly. You’ve already lost many and you can’t afford to lose more. And when a leader leave, care to talk to the team about what’s really going on. Part-time “leader” bs is just bs. HR leader doesn’t care but they should!
