      First of all the positive comment posted is by the CEO of the company itself. If you're considering a better work & life, then this is not a place to be. If you want to be treated as a Slave, good for nothing dispite you having experience and had hands on managing a team or being a manager, then you have to understand that all employees are treated worst here may it be a manager/fresher/trainee... everyone is a slave here.

      There is nothing as cons here expect you get to have some cool drinks and snacks, you cannot expect a life here. Maybe you'll be given a designation, but its just for the namesake.

      The company encourages employee development. They provide training materials, videos and certifications on the product. They also have a program for employees to take and obtain Salesforce Certifications. If you are willing to work hard and take the initiative to learn the product and Salesforce platform, you will be rewarded and quickly move up in the ranks. It's a great company to build up your experience in a wide range of industries and on the Salesforce platform. The day goes by quickly because you are always busy and will never run out of things to do. There are a lot of resources you can leverage if you get stuck and are unable to find a solution to a client issue both internally and through partnerships. The team enjoys working with each other and you will build relationships quickly even as a remote resource.

      It was a great learning experience. I really learned to manage on my own and I got great feedback as my clients were very happy with their experience working with me.

      We have smaller teams and by nature of the team being smaller, we cannot hand hold everyone, you need to be adding value to the team. Folks joining in must be self starter and be able to contribute back to the team. This is a great place to learn "new" things, not a place to "start your learning". If you are self driven we can provide you an environment of accelerated learning, but you need to ready for it. We have taken your inputs and have included an extended training program new joinees.
