Not A Great Job - Recensione dipendente - PR Assistant presso Avant Collective

In my experience, one boss was nice and one boss was mean. I was straight out of college and very appreciative of this position. Within the first week, I was scolded about things very harshly. There was an obvious lack of training and I was belittled whenever I asked a question or tried to understand something new. On my fourth day, one boss was so rude to me I cried. I had anxiety coming into work. There is a certain level of professionalism that needs to be worked on. This job taught me to be weary when hired so quickly and to never let someone be so rude in a work environment.
