Horrible Shift Coordinators - Recensione dipendente - Operator presso Avantguard Monitoring

I can’t even begin to list my list of cons’s but let me just say a couple things. I left this occupation several months ago because of the horrible work ethic in the “shift coordinator” department. They look over us every day and tell us what to do, when to lunch, if we can go to the bathroom, etc. I’ve noticed it is VERY cliquey and if they don’t like one of the operators, they’ll send them to break later, have them on annoying signals like troubles, etc. People also change when they’re promoted.
