- Everyone is a family - Management really cares about employees - Pays well for a call center job, but could pay more considering you are litterally taking calls of people in danger.

- Scheduling is done very last minute. You sign up for either Morning, Evening, or Grave Shift and are given a randomized schedule within the parameters you give. - Working sundays is unavoidable. You will have to do it at some point.
