Despite Avanti being a start-up company, the culture and values within the company are well defined and aligned with management’s vision. Having autonomy is vital for learning and improving one-self and working for Avanti has already shown to demonstrate an enormous growth in individual behavior, performance and attitude. At the same time cohesive team behavior aids to efficiently solve problems, set goals and work hard to achieve them. Avanti also frequently holds team building activities to encourage communication within and across different departments.

It's a small company with a startup type of atmosphere, so your input really matters and you get a lot of freedom to make decisions. Since the team isn't large, you get to work with many layers within the stack and build a wide array of experience with different technologies. Regular company meetings mean you get to hear from management about how things are going and what their plans are. The company has a family like environment, and the people are friendly and energetic.

The pace can be a bit frenetic at times and you need to be a self-starter, there isn't a lot of time for hand-holding.
