They really lack the culture,training, Managers who could deliver what there aim is.
They won't let you go outside campus even if its a holiday for school. Although they always say normally you have to work only 3-4 hours max that's a lie. The job needs your time atleast 6 hours in working days when the school is running.
They want your availability from morning 6 to 8.
They can make everything better if they can take suggestions feom their faculties (all)
