Constant change! You can't get used to anything working for Avaya, because it'll change tomorrow. Avaya continues to reduce benefits. So far, the pension plan has been frozen, and company contributions to individual's 401k plans have been terminated. Very little opportunity for internal advancement. They continue to lay off employees, particularly in the US, leaving the rest of us to do their work. I'd have to work 24 hours a day to stay caught up, and Avaya would be happy allowing their employees to do that.
