For the reasons that was stated in the misconduct itself, nothing is constructive criticism, they tell you the reason but they won't explain what actions you did is wrong. And they will not notify you what you did is wrong, until the warning letter or termination letter came along. Example: You disrespected the trainers, I asked in what way, they won't even cooperate by giving you the full answer on what action you did is wrong, but the hr thinks that it is I disrespected the trainers and you have to change. I was like sure, in what way? No clear answer or solution to the question that I was asked for. What? Me and the trainers have talked about the training materials and when he is going to teach the material part. That is counted as offensive to the company and can get you fired. No criticism was ever said by me to the trainers. I do not disrespect the trainers in either way and the business executive woman thinks that I disrespected the trainers. Then, for every single action that I need to go toilet, I need to inform the trainers by it even though I have only went to toilet for 3 mins and I came back, and she thinks is that is the reason for me to get fired. (Nearly all of the time my face was in camera listening to the trainers) Yes the trainers are not notified by this, but I was not instructed to notify the trainers that I need to go toilet and the trainers has to know. In school or in the workplace I did, I was never obligated to tell my superiors that I need to go toilet, I just go to the toilet. It came as a shock that I have to tell the trainers that I need to go toilet. I closed my camera for this particular reason and I opened it back after 3 mins, and she thinks that I am abusing the camera. Warning letter does not feel like warning letter, it is a letter to get you to be accused from in order to pay them the liquidated damages you did on them. I even have a conversation on this warning letter, all they did was to tell you what you did is wrong, and never tell you like what kind of actions you need to do to improve this or that. Unreal, I can go on for days, but I will leave some room to respect the company still. Consider joining this company with 2nd thoughts. Yeah you have to pay them liquidated damages, even though you did nothing wrong in your end.
