Only few product base companies in HYD which let's you learn and code your mind out. Teams are super friendly and have stuck for years which shows how dedicated they are together. Product lets you down sometimes but it gets better everyday and thats how it has been in existence so far. My journey as a project manager has been immensely motivating as it gave me exposure, learnt techniques without having any formal certification, successfully managed global projects with budgets over 100K and all this helped me to get better opportunities. They invest more on skilled people but this is a challenge as junior level employees are left out. But if you have the right skills and exposure, this is the place where you can go over the board.

Teams lack confidence here. They are mostly freshers and coders lack skills. Global teams are strong and have been the back bone. As they say: one fish spoils the whole pond and this is relevant in such companies. Set back from people are the major issues and this impacts the product cycle. Need more training but the company expects you to learn the skills. Of course people with skills are paid the most here. The ones who are junior get lost in the pool competition. Need to implement employee engagement models as the company believes mostly in frugal work culture. This is good but tough to retain juniors which was disappointing.
