The owner seems like a good boss and a good person

U wont be taught anything and will be continuously criticized for not doing any work. for the first few days they will give u meaning less work and will then later criticize u and will then ask u to work without any pay.

Heavy workload, No leadership, low wage, Overtime with no pay, no paid time off, no time in Lieu. Hired to be Finance Manager. I required an assistant, it never happened. No training at all. There was misleading information provided by the owner and the accountant during the hiring process. Why hire someone for a single role when the workload is so immense that it requires two people? On my first day, I was informed that I would also need to handle HR responsibilities. The finance role alone demands the effort of two individuals, and the HR role is equally demanding, requiring another two people. The owner would continuously blame the day to day challenges on the previous employees, openly. I lasted only a few months because of unrealistic expectation from the boss.
