Good benefits package and the leadership team are trying to improve the work environment whilst supporting the staff. Good flexibility for work life balance can be achieved within some functions/teams.

Can feel a little disjointed between business strategy and staff completing tasks. Communication could be improved in this respect. The work environment can at times leave staff feeling isolated.
