I was able to grow so much in my role at Avodah in such a short period of time, learning from incredible leaders on how to run a nonprofit organization and plan the logistics of national programming! I had a lot of independence and freedom in my role, as my supervisor trusted me to explore my strengths and creativity in my projects.
Community building, job experience, I got an offer for the following year to stay on with my company
