Forget about achieving a work/life balance here. This concept does not exist at Avomeen. Expect your salary to be anywhere between 60-70% of the industry standard. Structural organization is dreadful. As a scientist, expect unrealistic deadlines and impossible workloads as the norm. Scientists are regularly tasked with projects by those who are aren't qualified to understand the scientific scope of the work they're assigning, and the result is often chaos. The only metric that matters to Avomeen is revenue, and they can and happily do sacrifice both the wellbeing of their employees, as well as the scientific integrity of the work they turn out in order to get it. Make no mistakes about the disparity in many of this company's online ratings being either 1-star or 5-star reviews. The latter are absolutely coerced/manipulated by upper management.
