Revenues have been declining ever since I joined. Lots of turnover Excess overhead. There are areas with duplicative managerial roles. Pay is sub par, but ok considering Nashville isn't terribly expensive to live in Only two toilets in the office with ~50 guys makes it tough to get a seat when needed. Focused pretty heavily on healthcare, makes expanding coverage in other industries more challenging
