What you get out of a position at any agency is what you put into it. The deeper you get integrating into your work at AF the more you will be rewarded and more recognition and responsibility you will get. If you don't put the work in, you won't be successful here. That isn't a con on AF, its more the type of people they choose to work with this smart talented group.
