-management team always willing to help you learn and grow -well managed remote workforce -friendly staff -lots of room for growth -investing in product improvement

-team is relatively small so need more staff to spread the work across

Joining Awareness was a bit of a leap of faith for me but I’m glad I did. The company has been under new management since early 2020 and my experience with the new CEO and the new executive team has been great. Compensation and benefits are competitive (unlimited PTO is nice), solid HR processes in place (performance reviews are well done here) and the work has been interesting. Management seems to care a lot about the work/life balance and has offered a lot of flexibility during covid (many employees are remote). With kids in daycare and school, this has made a big difference for me personally. I haven’t met most of my colleagues in-person due to covid but they’ve been great so far.

Lots of changes with many areas of the business to address. Big vision with limited resources to execute. Investment in people and technology has been growing since I’ve joined so there is noticeable positive movement there.
