The people at your same level are amazing!

Upper management has changed recently. They do not care at all about the workers at the lower level. For example customer service, warehouse, credit, and other in their words menial all positions. Pay is non-competitive two other companies in the local area. Benefits are subpar. The overall do not care about the people only the bottom line.

High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
