Great employees to work with. Especially those that came from DuPont. Committed and dedicated to delivering results.

Poor, ungrateful upper management. Leadership does not show appreciation for employees experience and the long dedicated hours they put in. They are focused on revenue and hitting bonus while making harder for employees to hit their bonus. Constantly changing goals, even mid-year. Leadership/Mgmt is focused on a "sale/merger payday" to get their big money. They are on a mission to eliminate employees from the "legacy company" (DuPont) who have helped build and retain their customer base during the first 5 years.
