We do work hard... sometimes a little too hard and that is why there is a lot of vacation as we need to ensure we don't impact families or health. Morale is the secret weapon of success and that is why we focus on that. I agree with not a lot of back up and it is the nightmare of all small companies.... that is where the amazing work of the team comes into play and as we gain more customers we grow and add back up... start ups are never simple but we are so blessed with the dream team in Quebec City.
