I don't know where to get started. This actually the worst company I have ever seen. It's a humble advise to anyone reading this: please don't join this company. The CEO is beyond repair. He will treat you like a slave and have no boundaries at all. He is the most dumbest individual of all, he emotionally and technically handicapped. The senior management will try to save you but there is no way. You will be asked to strech beyond work hours everyday, you will be micro managed, asked to share your screen all the time so that they monitor your work, there is camera and mic at all corner to see you and hear you, there is only one male and female washroom, no eating space, if you change your place to talk to your colleagues - you will be sent an email, if you don't use Arial 10 as font - you will be fired, you cannot take emergency leaves at any cost, you have to fight for respect and wear insults everyday, if you are seen smiling or talking the HR will inform CEo and they will note it, you will be asked for daily updates before EOD and based on that they only plan to fire people. You won't have a life if you join here
