The culture and atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I never had a problem in scheduling the meeting with anyone in the company – be it a CEO or Immigration team or human resource professional. This company has very strong para-legal/immigration team. I personally faced one of the toughest situation with my visa, and the way they have handled is really incredible and needless to say the results were positive. Marketing Team - Of late, they are investing a lot in marketing as well. They have hired some bright minds in the marketing department who are continuously in touch with employees to understand the skills/roles/responsibilities of each individual to better place them in future opportunities.
