I have been working at Axiom Zen for several years now, which is a long time in a hot tech market. I love the team, the leadership, and our mission. I have never worked at a place that cared so much about its team. I am planning on staying at AZ for years to come!

Everyone is so impressive sometimes it's hard to feel like you're doing a good job yourself. We're starting to give regular feedback now so that will help us continue to do well and learn what we can improve on.

Amazing people! - Always interesting and challenging work to be done - In a distributed hierarchy, great trust is put on its people, with many opportunities to reach your full potential. You get a lot of freedom and your career path is yours to shape! - A lot of freedom in terms of what technologies/languages to use - Work hard play hard: yoga, meditation, ping-pong, Mario Kart, LAN parties, and many team activities outside of work - Many benefits, speaking opportunities, conferences, even book writing.

- You have to be ambitious. This is no place for slackers or coasters. While I can speak for myself that it is the perfect environment for me, it may not be for everyone. If you don't share the same ambition as the rest of the team, it may be hard on you, and drag the team down as well.
