The people here are down to earth and very relatable. I loved my coworkers.

They didn't get many holidays until this year.

Intelligent people, interesting work, collaborative environment, lots of team players. Hybrid for some roles. Self starting is necessary.

No actual promotions are promotions. You have the same work load, just with a raise and a title change. Convincing management to support learning in your field is very difficult. Less enterprise, more startup environment. Upper management can be difficult to work with.
